We offer our clients a wide range of electrical submersible drainage pumps manufactures by Modi Industries. Apart from standard specifications, we can also supply these pumps in complete stainless steel construction (except elastomeric) as per the requirement of our clients. These can also be equipped with sacrificial Zinc Anodes for maximum life in a saline fluid environment. Our pumps in this range are used as portable electric submersible pumps for corrosive and abrasive applications. We have following models with respective specifications available with us:

Model M-100M/100
 

• S/M 1.5 HP Outlet 2" Hose
• (BSP/Flange Optional)

Model M-120M

• 2 HP Outlet 2 1/2" Hose
• (BSP/Flange Optional)

We also provide in different series from 1.5 HP to 50 HP.

The design advantages of model M - 100/120 include:

• Built-in ON/OFF thermal switches to protect the motor - M100M/ M120M (For three phase only)
• 410 Stainless Steel Shaft, 304 SS Hardware for maximum corrosion resistance
• 304 SS Strainer (optional)

We can provide our range of pumps in following choice of impeller materials:

• 304 Stainless Steel for sea water and corrosive applications
• 410 Hardened Stainless Steel (HRC 52-55) for abrasive applications

Other Specifications:

• Tungsten Carbide / Tungsten Carbide mechanical outer seal with a secondary inner lip seal
• Seals in wholly enclosed pressure compensated oil chamber
• Field adjustable Nitrile Rubber-moulded Diffuser/Wear Plate to optimize efficiency throughout the life of the pump
