A blended detergent manufacturer was plagued with worker illness due to extremely dust laden atmosphere in the blending and processing area. By designing and supplying a unique Bag Filter based dry dust extraction and collection system on turnkey basis, not only did the working area become dust free and worker friendly, but the recovered detergent dust could be re-packed and sold.
Similarly, in a Sugar manufacturing plant, the drying and bagging area was dusty and unhealthy for workers to work in. We designed and supplied a sugar dust extraction and dry collection system, which helped keep the work environment clean and the recovered sugar dust could be recycled for crystallization. The pay back on this system was just weeks!
