We can offer, oil-free piston compressors, with water-cooled cylinders for blowing PET bottles. Our compressors are supplied with an electric motor, heat exchangers, instrumentation, accessories, electrical panel, and are mounted on skids: in other words, ready to use.

- The plants are suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation and feature a versatile layout that can be adapted in accordance with the space available and energy and water consumption that can be optimised to suit local availability
- Instrument air automatically produced by the plant itself.
- An automatic control system to guarantee the continuous adjustment of the supply to fluctuations in demand for the product, thanks to the back-up unit (reduced dimensions and optimised consumption).
Our Gases Can reach the following Purity levels:
- Oxygen: >99.9 %(O2)
- Nitrogen: < 1ppm(O2)
- Argon: < 1ppm(O2)
Air saperation unit production range:
- Oxygen: From 25Nm3/h(about 1 TPD) to 40.000Nm3/h(about 1.350 TPD)
- Nitrogen: 120.000Nm3/h(about 3.600 TPD)=300% of oxygen production
- Argon: 1.4000Nm3/h(about 60 TPD)
