We supply a comprehensive range of Continuous Cycle Solvent Reclaimers, procured from IST ITALIA, that is suitable for companies having large solvent consumption. The range offered by us is continuously available for the production line through a totally automatic process, functioning 24 hours a day. Manufactured in accordance with EExd standards and to the European Directives ATEX (II 2G), the reclaiming equipment consists of two separate units, the main one is the tank where evaporation takes place, which is connected to the secondary unit, where the diathermic oil is heated and the solvent vapors is condensed.

Further, the working cycle is driven by a microprocessor equipped with digital TOUCH SCREEN display carrying out diagnostic/alarm function and advising when any operation and/or ordinary upkeep is needed.

Functioning:

• Dirty solvent is poured in the “collecting tank for dirty solvent”
• Minimum quantity of dirty solvent is checked, in order to begin the distillation cycle
• Then there is a check, inside the collecting tank for clean solvent, to find if there is enough capacity to contain the distilled solvent from the reclaimer
• There is automatic loading and reclaiming process starts
• End of distillation cycle
• Clean solvent is available to be used
• The residual collected in the tank is verified
• Then discharge valve is opened, and residuals unloaded
• Automatic closing of discharge valve
• The new cycle starts automatically, from the second stage of the process
