Owing to years of experience in the firm, we offer application specific range of Diesel Engine Driven Pump. They are configured Automatic Dry Priming system for fast and efficient priming. This system allows for the pump to be primed automatically even though the water level maybe below the pump. Our entire range has the ability to lift the water up to 8.4m or 27ft from the water source (at sea level). The mechanical seal cooling system is specially developed to allow the pump to run safely without any water in the system.

The Automatic Dry Priming System consists out of four main components which include:

• A diaphragm pump for the 70cfm unit or alternatively a twin 140cfm (2 x70cfm) unit
• A priming chamber with an inbuilt safety valve system mounted on the suction pipe work of the pump.
• Oil based mechanical seal cooling system for the ability to dry prime the pump.
• A rubber flapper check valve mounted on the pump discharge to enable the pump to be primed.
• This pump is fitted with either a 70cfm or a 140cfm SMARTPRIME™ The SMARTPRIME™ system.
