Product Description
We have developed the dosing system for 5 feeders for the extrusion machine. In this case we have used Delta PLC along with Delta Load cell modules connected with PLC. The load cells are used to measure the "Loss in weight" of the hopper and correct the rpm of the screw feeders so that the accurate composition of the ingredients are maintained.
The complete data of the set and actual weight of all the ingredients are displayed and historic data/ trend can be observed on Delta HMI.
We also would like to mention here that Delta has introduced SCADA and Panel PCs/ IPCs also, which can be used for data acquisition and for quality accessment of the batches that are produced over the time.
