• The V bed of the machine can also be induction hardened on request ,this machine is also called Roll Turning Lathe ,as the name suggests, this is used for very heavy duty work. The bed is heavily ribbed to ensure optimal rigidity. On the gear box front, this machine is provided with a semi-Norton gear box to ensure deep thread cutting operation. The machine is provided with a central lubrication system to ensure all small parts are lubricated regularly. All gears used in the machine are machined using state of the art CNC technology.
