The CIM 11g Ball valve are approved in accordance with the European standard for gas applicances(90/396/EEC). Manufactured in accordance with EN 29000 - ISO 9000. The CIM 11 G can be used for domestic commercial plumbing, industrial applications, agricultural requirements, heating, sanitary, pneumatic systems, waterworks gas pipelines, condensate lines and is also suitable for petrol and other hydrocarbon services, generally with every non aggressive fluid.

The valve is suitable for gas at low pressure for distribution of Natural Gas, Town Gas, Liquid Gas(LPG).Material-Mail Components:

BODY : hot pressed brass CU Zn 40 pb2. Nickel/chrome Plated
SCREWED ENDS & BALL: hot pressed brass Cu Zn40 Pb2
CAP AND STEM: turned from brass bar.
BALL GASKETS: conical rings in PTFE, Pure Teflon, Hardness 50/60 shore D
STEM SEAL: two 'O' Rings in viton Green TCI 68 compound.
HANDLE: Dacroment rugged steel with PVC grip.
NUT: self locking type. Steel AISI C. 1008. (Chrome Plated)
THREADING SEAL : anaerobic adhesive to DIN 30 661-3
THREADING: female parallelthreads to BS 21 Rp-ISO 7/1 RP or Taper threads to BS 21 Rc-ISO 7/1 Rc available on request.
TEST PRESSURE: Shell 40 bar (580 psi) hydre-seat 7 bar (101.5 psi) air
WORKING PRESSURE : Water PN 32(464 psi) WORKING LIMIT : saturated steam 9 bar WORKING LIMIT : gas families 1, 2 and 3 20 bar max.
WORKING TEMPERATURE : fluid at -20 to +180 C
VACUUM : the CIM fullwaly ball valve can be used for vacuum : 10 Torr.
