DRY PRODUCT PICKING ROBOT

“It is the process to of collecting the products from wooden pallets to euro pallets to get it ready packed for transportation. When the picking robot sees the wooden pallets move forward, the picking robot compresses the dry products by the help of jaws moving forward and back.

It stacks the dry products over eachother on the chain conveyor or transportation pallets. The packing type can be done for all sizes, each on the same way or cross way with the help of rotating head. When the packing is finished, the chain conveyor starts working and move forward to the forklift which will load the ready product to the transportation trucks..






The picking robots are designed in two ways.

1-The type which is connected to the main block making machine which has a less cost for the investor at the begining.
2-The type which is free from the main block machine; this one needs one more from the same front and back stacking system robots. For this reason the cost becomes higher for the investor. But by this way the dried products can be packed continuesly as also the main machine can produce fresh products without stop. And both do not get effected from each other.

Transport palet(euro palet);

This is put under the ready products which the transport is required to be made with euro pallets. Euro pallets are feeded under the ready products by hand or by an automatic feeder.
