Heavy Duty Multi Bag Filter Housing designed for optimum filtration performance. Its range provides filtration solution for a broad variety of fluid applications in the process industry. They are particularly useful for filtering large volumes of high viscosity liquids. Bag filter is constructed of filter housing, filter bags, internal cage to support bags, positive sealing arrangement, & choice of end connections. The internal support ensures bags will not burst as high differential pressures build up during operation. Multi-Bag Filter Housing is equipped with proven and easy to-use rugged eye-bolt cover closure. The housing volume is optimized to minimize product loss. Units are available in 2, 3, 4, 6, 7 and 8 filter bag congurations and come standard with filter bag size 02 stainless steel restrainer baskets.

Operation:
Unfiltered fluid enters the housing and is distributed evenly around the filter bags. Filtration takes place from inside to outside. Solids are collected on the inside of filter bag for easy removal. The filtered fluid then exits through the outlet pipe.

- Low profile design with side inlet and tangential outlet provides easy and full drainage and reduces housing height to make filter bag change-outs easier.
- Swing bolts with several nut options for rapid, rugged closure.
- Positive O-ring sealing provides bypass-free, safe filtration while the unique 3-point hold down ensures a high-quality seal between each filter bag and the housing body.
- Robust Davit in carbon or stainless steel.
