This test is carried out to check the Hepa filter media Integrity leak test by using aerosol generator (Aerosol Media DOP or PAO) Die octa Pethalate or puly Alfa define and photometer, Compressed air or Nitrogen gas at 20 to 30 PSI Pressure having 10-15 CFM airflow capacity require to generate. The aerosol at upstream port of Hepa filter. We check Upstream concentration before scanning the filter.
Instrument used:
1). Photometer model 2H of Air Technic International USA, Power operated with hand held
scan probe having separate display at probe and instrument. Capacity 1 CFM air Suction by vacuum pump.
2). Generator DOP / PAO which generate aerosol Particle by using aerosol liquid having capacity 5000 to 10,000 CFM.
