Working Process:

Application: For handling aggressive organic & inorganic fluids in the chemical & petrochemical industries, These pumps are also used at refinery off - sites, Paper & Pulp industries, Food industries, Sugar industries, Sea water desalination plants, Absorption plants in environmental engineering, Power stations, Laminates industries, Textiles industries, Rubber industries, Handling of hydrocarbons, D. M. water, salt, power stations and in industries such as fertilizer and other process industries etc.
Volute Casing: Heavy duty casing with integral foot and multi - ribbed discharge flange provided superior resistance to pipe loads and improves reliability back pull-out design allows for removal of the rotating element without disturbing the casing pipe work of motor to simplify routine maintenance
Impeller: Closed or semi open impeller designed for low NPSH requirement, duplex stainless cast closer or semi open impeller for high efficiency performance, low running cost and long life, impeller vanes and shroud design provides axial balance which reduces maintenance and downtime cost by extruding seal and bearing reliability, reliable fixing of impeller on the shaft by impeller nut
Shaft Seal: AMTPP Series process pumps can be supplied either with gland packing compatible to the pumped liquid or with mechanical seal in the stuffing boar having suitable connection 1 stamping for sealing 1 slashing 1 circulation 1 cooling etc. mechanical seal for various makes, unbalanced as well as balanced ones can be easily fitted in the standard stuffing box
Shaft & Bearings: The shaft is guided in oil lubricated angular contact and cylindrical roller bearings. The alignment of bearings is ensured by appropriate centering and modem manufacturing methods. The shaft is fully protected from the liquid to be pumped by means of fully enclosed PIFE gasket between the impeller nut-shaft end shaft sleeves. The properly dimensioned shaft exhibit minimum deflections at stuffing box, resulting in long operational life for mechanical seals
Rotation: Marked with arrow on the casing of each pump, check before coupling with prime mover
Base Plants: Suitable base can be supplied with the pump
Design: Horizontal, single stage volute casing pumps in back pull-out design, fitted with a close or semi open impeller single entry & designed in accordance with DIN 24256 1 ISO 2858 & API 610 (in general)
