High Speed Self Propelled Sprayer OVS-4224

The high-speed self-propelled sprayer OVS-4224 is designed for application in large areas and with high productivity of chemical plant protection agents and liquid mineral fertilizers.

A spacious airt ight cabin equipped wi th air conditioning system with a carbon filter, sprung chair, ergonomic steering column with instrument panel and with the control panel of the sprayer mounted on the armrest provide comfort, convenience and safety for the operator.

The powerful engine (157 kW / 212 hp) produced by OJSC MMZ, which complies with the environmental standards Stage 3A / Tier 3, ensures the smooth operation of the sprayer in any operating conditions, combining high productivity and economy at the same time.

The hydrostatic transmission of the Bosch Rexroth sprayer (Germany), consisting of a single hydraulic pump that drives four hydraulic motors, provides the necessary tractive effort for the sprayer to operate in all operating modes, combining high controllability during driving, bends and turns, and a detour of obstructions and thrust - all this is provided by the modes of control of the rear wheels: 1) steering the rear wheels in the opposite side of the front wheels and 2) under the steering of the rear wheels in the same direction as the front wheels, the so-called "crab run." The operator has such functions as:

Control of two wheels (front), four (front and rear);

Steer at work on the slopes;

Constant speed maintaining system - "cruise control";

A choice of high-speed modes of the sprayer movement - only 4 modes, one transport (up to 40 km / h) and 3 workers (the third mode "turtle" provides traffic up to 25 km / h);

Joystick with a choice of direction of movement - forward, or backward;

Parking indicator (parking brake)
