For more than 80 years Schaefer & Urbach have developed and supplied equipments and components for systems and high pressure plants to customers throughout the world. All such equipments are manufactured at the Schaefer & Urbach workshop located at Ratingen – Germany.

The range of Industrial pumps of Schaefer & Urbach includes Mud pumps, Process pumps, and high pressure pumps. All such industrial pumps are made with maintenance friendly design, flexibility in combination and high manufacturing quality of the plunger and piston pumps.

Schaefer & Urbach has a wide range of Triplex – Mud pumps operating at pressure range of 350 bar to 530 bar and pumping rate varying from 30m3/h to 230m3/h. The maximum drive power of such pumps varies between 110 kW to 1600 kW.

Drive unit:

• Horizontal center-split housing in extremely rigid welded construction
• Single-piece crankshafts made of high-strength forged steel.
• Europe-manufactured solid anti-friction bearing.
• Play-free spherical crosshead bearing in bronze and with exchangeable cylinder liners to Schaefer & Urbach specifications.
• Single and double-circuit forced lubrication for external supply and cooling, enabling use of the total speed range from zero to
• maximal speed.
• All drive modes possible.

Fluid section:

• Water-lubricated pistons and valves according to international expendable standards.
• Triple-split pump body made of P 280 GH or stainless steel.
• Mechanical or hydraulic quick-clamping devices for liners and valve caps.
• High volumetric efficiency and excellent running smoothness.
• Extremely low maintenance.

Specifications and standards:
In addition to the generally applicable standards such as DIN EN 809 and DIN EN ISO 16330, also pumps according to ATEX and
API 674 or EN ISO 13710 can be supplied.
