LUBI Submersible Flat Cables by Nayan Corporation

LUBI brand PVC Insulated & Sheathed Copper Conductor 3 core Flat Cables in Voltage Grade up to and including 1100 V and generally conforming to IS 694 : 1990.

Conductor:The conductor is composed of high purity, bright annealed bare electrolytic grade copper wires complying to IS 8130:1984, which are drawn, annealed and bunched in high precision machines geometrically and appropriately to ensure apposite flexibility, uniform resistance and proper dimension.

Insulation: The bunch copper is insulated with a specially formulated PVC compound having high insulation resistance and dielectric strength and conforming to the requirements of Type A of IS 5831:1984 & also suitable to use from -15c to +70c rated conductor temperature. The high speed & fully synchronized extrusion process with automatic on-line controls gives consistence high Quality wire insulation.

Sheath:Special grade of abrasion resistant PVC compound confirming to the requirements of Type ST 1 of IS 5831:1984 is used as outer sheath and applied over the insulated laid up cores is suitable for outdoor uses & impermeable to water, grease, oil, etc..

Quality:The severe Quality Control methods is adopted and implemented for controlling the quality of the product at its raw, in-process and finished stage. Full-fledged testing laboratory compatible to related IS standards and competent team of engineers/technicians endorsed the best quality products.

Colours :Insulation - Red, Yellow, Blue.Sheath –Black, Blue or as per customer’s requirement.

Marking :The high speed printer ensures continuous print of Brand name, cable size, voltage grade, sequential marking, etc.. through out the cable length.

Packing :The Flat Cables are available in wooden drums and in coil form of different sizes.
