Product Description
Mini pleat HEPA filter class: H10 to h14, anodized aluminum profile frames, plastic frames, endless foamed sealing, laminar flow protection grid. Microfine fiber-glass paper is pleated fully automatically to produce filter packs of different sizes. The individual folds are spaced by means of fused plastic threads and simultaneously lend the filter packs the required stability. Fields of application up to max 80°c and max relative humidity 100%.
Frame type gasket ultrafil air systems first in clean air aluminum! Gi / CRCA anodized / ss304 box/flange polyethylene / equivalent gi powder coated, aluminum anodized / st. Steel, box /flange type. Epoxy based adhesive used for leak proof joint between media and casing. Sponge rubber / polyurethane neoprene gasket provided for sealing of filter on its mounting frame.

Minipleat Hepa Filters are used when there is a requirement for high or very high level of purity. They are mainly designed as intake filters for clean workbenches and low turbulence displacement flow clean room ceilings.
