We are engaged in offering our clients, a wide range of Monoblock Pumps that is used for water supply to residential societies, bungalows, flats, hotels and restaurants. Our range of HSM & HCM series pumps comes for a period of 12 months against any manufacturing defect and other specifications are mentioned in the guarantee card provided with the pump.

• HSM & HCM models of Self Priming and Monoblock pumps employ a 240 volts, 50 Hz capacitor start and run, 2880 RPM, TEFC, prime mover motors of single phase
• All pumps are tested as per IS : 8472 HCM & HSM motor bodies are made from high quality extruded aluminum
• DMS motor bodies are made from cost iron, Dynamic balancing of rotor assembly, ensures better life for bearings and seals
• Pump is made up of close grained cast iron casing and Brass forged impeller
• The volute is designed for maximum output
• The front end bearing is protected by a water thrower ring
• Sealing is by means of a bellows mechanical seal fitted over the shaft which is ground to close tolerances
• Self priming pumps are designed without footvalue
• The internal clearances are kept to a minimum and for this reason these pump sets are intended for use with clean water, free from solids, abrasives and fibrous material to get the best possible efficiency

Instruction for using our range of monoblock pumps:

• ISI mark quality pipes should be used
• Specified pipes should be used
• Do not wrap the pump in air tight material like polythene sheet, because condensation will form in the tightly wrapped motor and winding will burnout
• For excellent performance reduce the number of bends and elbows in the pipe line
• Pump should be use for few minutes at least once in 2 days to prevent the pump from seizing due to rust build-up
• Ensure that the pump does not run dry to avoid damage to mechanical seal and impellers
• Muddy water will damage the pump
