Application:

The system applies a fine coating of neem oil to urea fertilizer before bagging. PWM flow control enables accurate flow rate using hydraulic PulsaJet^® nozzles. The constant neem oil pressure ensures consistent spray angle for uniform coverage of the urea. The system also maintains constant application rate even when load varies.

Results since Installation:

Required results achieved and neem oil consumption reduced. Operators not required to monitor the system. Increased overall production efficiency.
