Polymer Solution Preparation System by Onyx (P&D) Systems

1.      Polymer Storage Hopper  -          

To hold as-such powder polymer.

2.      Online GPL Preparation   -

Value of the required GPL is directly punched in the window of the control panel. There is zero wastage and accurate concentration of the polymer solution in this process.

The desired concentration of the polymer solution will be prepared online by “Pre-Wetting” each granule of dry powder polymer through the Pre Wetting chamber.

3.      Preparation Tank               -          

The polymer solution now enters the preparation tank which will be agitated to form a uniform solution. Smooth agitation opens the long chained compound of the polymer and ensures high effectiveness of the polymer.

4.      Service Tank                     -

The prepared polymer solution enters the service tank which is twice the capacity of the preparation tank. This extended capacity provides for ample maturity time for the chemical solution. Soft agitation keeps the entire solution in motion and avoids any sedimentation.

Buffer Volume: Once the level of the service tank reaches its half volume, the polymer solution prepared in the preparation tank is automatically transferred into the service tank. Hence, there is always a buffer volume equivalent to the volume of the preparation tank. To serve the operations for 1 Hour at peak dosing.
