Excellent for transferring and loading/unloading of acid/alkali

Technical Details of Polypropylene Pumps:

Single Piece solid moulded casing & Impellers ensure a smooth running of Polypropylene Pumps for leak proof long life and minimum of wear.

Shaft Sleeve :-Available with Alloy – 20, SS 316, Ceramic, depending upon the liquids to be handled.

Specially Design heavy duty cast iron bearing housing to accommodate, grease lubricate bearing arrangement reduces bearing failure & Increase its life by minimum three to four times.

Dimensions are standard ensures easy maintenance & replacement of spares & Pumps.

Stuffing Box: The stuffing box is extra deep to reduce leakage and minimize the maintenance.

Sealing by external supply is standard. Pump are available with Externally Mounted Teflon Bellows Mechanical Seals with T- Ceramic Stationary.

Delivery Casing, Back Plate With - Polypropylene Stuffing Box, Impeller, Pump Shaft - Stainless Steel SS 304.

Shaft Sleeve - Ceramic, SS 316, Hastelloy, B/C Alloy 20. Bearing Housing - Gr. Cast Iron, Gr. FG 200 of IS 210 - 1978 Stuffing box sealing - Mechanical

Seal GFT VS Ceramic Face Combination. (or) Teflon Gland Packing.
