Powder Polymer Solution Preparation System

This Pre-Wetting assembly pre-wets each granule of the powder polymer and swells the individual particle which assures zero wastage and optimum utilization of the powder polymer. This Pre-Wetting chambers creates a cylindrical cyclone which also assures the end user that the solution will always be a homogeneous and smooth solution.

The required GPL needs to be punched on the touchscreen on the control panel, the system would self-calibrate its functioning to achieve the desired solution concentration.

Polymer Storage Hopper
To hold 50 Liter of as such liquid polymer

Online GPL Preparation
the desired concentration of the polymer solution will be prepared online by “Pre-Wetting” each granule of dry powder polymer through the Pre Wetting chamber.

Preparation Tank
The polymer solution now enters the preparation tank which will be agitated to form a uniform solution. Smooth agitation opens the long chained compound of the polymer and ensures high effectiveness of the polymer.

Service Tank
The prepared polymer solution enters the service tank which is twice the capacity of the preparation tank. This extended capacity provides for ample maturity time for the chemical solution.

Dosing Section
The required Flow Rate of the prepared chemical solution can be punched into the control panel window which will initiate the working of dosing pump (1 Working + 1 Stand-by). The flow in real time will be displayed on the control panel screen against the SET POINT.
ONLINE DILUTION - Static Mixer is provided for online dilution of the prepared solution

Safety Feature

1. Hopper - Low Level Alarm in case the Hopper is not refilled and the volume in Happer falls below 20%
2. WATER for Preparation - In an event of low flow of fresh water & pressure, the entire operation will STOP
3. PREPAPRATION TANK - The tank has high level & low level alarm
4. SERVICE TANK - The tank has high level & low level alarm.
5. DOSING UNIT - In case the polymer solution in the service tank drops below 20% of its operating capacity, the dosing section would stop functioning and sound an alarm to prevent dry running of the pumps
