Working principles of these booster systems are mentioned as under:

While pumping water to the water distribution system, it also enter into pressure tank
Increases the pressure in the vessel which also increases the distribution pressure and supplies water with equal force threw all tabs and outsources
Pressure tank and booster pump work simultaneously for proper distribution of water
Trips automatically when pressure of distribution system reaches up to maximum level (upper set point) and can supply water for 1 to 2 min without any power
It will measure by pressure sensor and stars pump automatically when the pressure from distribution line falls up to minimum level (lower set point)
No need of manual intervention
