Production Monitor that we offer is known for its powerful appearance for it keep strict track of Operating hours of different machines. The unit can keep track of operating hours of a particular machine. It produces a report of when a machine was switched On and when it was switched Off; when there was a power cut and when returned back etc. This data can be attached to PC on printer analysis. It gives every necessary information to assess the manufacturing status permitting to manage machines stop information and analyze its efficiency.

External enable input for observing machine status.
Option to start time totalizer operation only when external pulses for counting are coming (Factory set)
Time totalizer optional to indicate how long the machine has been running up to 9999 hours.

This helps the management to observe that when a machine was switched on when it was idle when there was no power. Information about run time, idle time etc can be derived from the logs in the event logger. Event logger can generate a report of at what time a particular system was switched on and at what time it was switched off.
