Rust Nill 268 by Industrial Solutions

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

RustNill (Metpro 268) water-based and pollution free rust remover & preventive chemical solution. It can be easily removes the rust on any type of metal surface and protect from further rusting for next 08 to 10 months. After its application there is not required rust preventive oil or anti rust coating on the metal surface.

After the process, it does not required any type of rust preventive oil or anti corrosive treatment process as it ensures prevention from rust for next 8-10 months.

It is basically used for removing rust, light oil, black scale and welding spot on the metal surface and gives fine grained smooth grayish black colored zinc phosphate coating at room temperature. It is not recommended to use HCL (Hydrochloric acid), NITRIC acid and SULPHURIC because it fumes is poisonous and may affect metal and workers. It is a phosphoric acid base chemical and also it is very effective in removing rust, black scale, welding spot and prevents of many metals and there alloys.

Also initially most of the companies use HCL and SULPHURIC acid base chemicals for derusting of metal, but its utilization results in the loss of weight of the metal at greater quantities and after the quick removal of rust it catches rust due to the highly acidic chemicals. Since, metal cleaning is very good, however, coating must be done immediately because the cleaned surface is in a highly reactive state and corrosion occurs very soon.

This is our most cost effective product and best chemical ever for derusting and prevent for rust which is very useful in dipping and swabbing process. Which not only carries pretreatment of the material but also prevent it from further rusting for the period 08 to 10 month.
