Function:
 

• The 3-piece sanitary ball valve with ISO direct mounting pad is designed for food, biological; The cavity filled seat option will help not to remain the media in the body cavity to keep from spoiling or mixing. Cavity filler seats will also help to clean the valve port easily. The valves are provided with either butt welded end connections or triclover connections. Valves as per ASME/ BPE (for SS316L) standard are available with low ferrite ( 3%), and low sulphur (0.005% to 0.017%) content

Operating Principle:

• Sanitary ball valve can be either remote-controlled by an actuator or manually operated by a handle
• The actuator has three standard types, namely normally closed (NC), normally open (NO) and air/air activated (A/A)
• The actuator transforms the axial movement of a piston into a 90° rotation of a valve shaft
• The torque of the actuator is increased when the ball in the valve body contacts the gasket of the ball valve, the valve is closed then. The actuator is a quarter turn actuator
