We are manufacturer of Stainless Steel Progressive Cavity Pump which are made by using cast iron, high quality mild steel and stainless steel. - The rotor of these pumps is manufactured using alloy steel, stainless steel, tool steel, which can be offered with hard chrome plating. These are used for handling the fluids such as corrosive and abrasive slurry, viscose oils, molasses, sludge, effluents, paints, starch, acids or alkaline liquids, food products, dairy products, industrial slurries etc.

- Pressure: up to 24 kg/ cm2
- Temperature: up to 120 C
- Viscosity: up to 100,000 CST
Applicable industries:
Back oil refineries, leather tanneries, food industries, paper & pulp industry, ceramic tiles & insulator plant, oil refinery & vegetable plant, cosmetic & soap industry, chemical & process industry, mining industry, cattle feed & explosive etc. Fluids handled: diesel, furnace oil, kerosene, petrol, lubricant, heavy petroleum, rfo, lshs, sugar syrup, acidic and alkaline slurry, ceramic slurry, mineral & chemical slurry, de-water sludge, industrial waste, vegetable oil, petroleum jelly, spent wash, paper pulp and soap stock. - Helicon single screw sewage pumps are available in various capacity which are capable to transfer sewage industrial effluent contains suspended solids and floating particles. It is specialty that these pumps are self priming, positive displacement and non clogging in nature. These are fundamental requirements of sewage pumps.
