Fully Automatic Bus Wash System With Blow Drying Solution
- Completely automatic operations including Pre-wetting, detergent spraying and high pressure washing cycles.
- Movable gantry, which completely covers the vehicle, no need to move the vehicle.
- Lesser time consumption, 5-6 minutes/bus, 80 buses in 8 hours
- Machine has advanced self adjusting brush arrangement activated through brush motor current sensing and linear actuator. Machine takes care of optimum brush pressure over the bus surface irrespective to bus placement in the plant.
- Opening and retraction of brush is automatic.
- Brush has extended trajectory and after passing through side surfaces also takes care of brushing/cleaning over the corners of bus.
- Control panel and sensors are working on 24 V thereby providing safety and longer life of electrical components.
- Complete structure shall be hot dip galvanized to withstand against corrosion and provide a longer life to structure.
