Advantages of using 3HP/ 5HP (1440 rpm) water Separator system: Low Power Consumption as the vacuum pump runs with fresh seal water only. The power consumption is drastically cut down, thus resulting in reduced power bills, and can save 10-30 amps immediate on every installation.The normal pay back period is less than a year.

Prevention Against Corrosion in the Pump: As the process water does not enter into the vacuum pump, corrosion of costly equipment is prevented there by increasing the life of vacuum pump.


Steady Vacuum & Non-fluctuating Motor Load: Since the water from the paper machine is prevented from entering into vacuum pump the seal water is fed directly to Vacuum Pump in constant way and thus resulting steady vacuum at the machine and also helps to run the drive motors on constant load factor.

Our system is equipped with 3HP/ 5HP (1440 rpm) motors and the discharge capacities of our pumps at different levels of vacuum ranges from 35 to 60 M3/Hr. .

If the vacuum pump processes this extra water and fiber debris; it can cause vacuum surging, buildup and erosion in the vacuum pump and premature V belt and electrical motor failure.

Apart from above, it prevents entry of foreign materials to Pump and works as fully guarded system for Vacuum Pumps.
